Graphics Requirements
We can work with your graphics or we can create or format them for you. If we use your graphics, they should conform to the following requirements:

• JPEG or GIF files preferred.
• TIFF, BMP or PNG files are also acceptable.
• Hard copies of anything that has to be scanned.

Audio & Video You Can Include
Enhance the impact of your e-mail by adding audio or video of someone or something related to your story or pitch – a person, place or product:

• "Talk radio" style interviews (2-10 minutes long).
• Voice-over announcements.
• TV news style interview segments (2-10 minutes long).
• Stand-up video announcements.

Advantages of E-mail in the Message Window

There are many reasons for including PR/marketing messages in the e-mail window, especially if they are destined for the media:

• Your e-mails get more immediate attention.
• You can add mastheads, special formatting, special typefaces, graphics.
• You can hyperlink to downloadable photos, audio and video that can be used immediately by radio stations and Internet news sites.
• You can store your e-mails, graphics and photos on your server or ours for access by the media and others. You can archive your materials, as well.

Fees and Charges

• Each e-mail costs the same price per destination, regardless of whether it includes graphics, audio or video. There is a limit of one megabyte per e-mail.
• Client-required conversions or graphics are charged on an hourly basis with a one-hour minimum.
• Optional storage of e-mails on our servers is free for the first 30 days after the e-mail has been distributed. Storage for longer periods, or archiving, requires a small monthly fee. We can create an online press room for you or your clients to accommodate your e-mails and other PR information.
